Mandatory Laptops for UNN Freshers

Fellow Lions and Lionesses...
It has come to our notice that the management has made it MANDATORY for all first years to pay for a Laptop, price ranging from N70,000 to N84,000.
May we bring to your notice that the Students' Union Government (SUG) was never involved in this arrangement.
Dear Lions & Lionesses, we will reserve our comment/action until we find out the rationale behind this.
However, while we find out, by the power conferred on us, we hereby announce that NO student should pay for this Laptop until we get back to you.
Thanks for your solidarity.
