I like having my bath without complaints. It is cool. It is sanity. My great-grandfather had a contrary view though. He had his bath once in a while, when he must have consulted with his fore parents to be sure his spirit would not be washed off. Then he would boil some water in a small kettle, ask me for the bowl, I would give it to him and he would ask me to go outside. He would then close the door which led to the yard and have his bath. I spent my earlier childhood in the village with my great-grandfather but I refused to learn the concept of not having my bath. May he find rest! Some will perish on the road, in plane crashes or of hunger and rejection. Others may even die of having so much to eat. It is sadly true but death is inevitable afterall. UNN will not kill somebody ooo!! When you see students returning from night class don't ever feel intimidated, because a huge number of them sleep throughout their stay in Night class. Let me share an experience with you. I went to NSLT last semester for night class and I met this fly chic, she sat next to me and I wasreally motivated to read and I made up my mind not to sleep . By 10 pm , She told me she was feeling sleepy and asked me to wake her up by 12. By 12 I woke her up and she said I should make it by 2 , by 2 she asked me to wake her by 4am. She finally woke up by 4am thanked me and packed her books and left. Guys are not left out because some guys prepare so well for night class that they take blanket and pillows along with them . When I saw a group of students this afternoon on rampage , I was bewildered , flabberwhelmed and overghasted, I thought there was a protest going on or something, not until I asked one of them what the matter was , it was then I realized. that they were final year students of the department of microbiology It is a norm in UNN for Students to express their heart felt gratitude to God on the completion of their Degree exams, that was what the final year biological science students were doing when I saw them marching round the school with one accord ," it has not been a smooth journey in the Den" they said, many fell by the way side , many died, but Thank God I made it at last exclaimed one of them. The final year students of the department of microbiology shook the school this afternoon as they marched round the Campus in jubilant songs. wish then all the best outside the DEN

My cellphone’s beeping sound woke me up one night, I grabbed my cellphone and sleepily pressed the keys and read the message. “Hi there! Care 2 b my txtmate?” Not knowing who the sender was, I deleted the message right away and placed the phone on my bedside table. I tried to go back to sleep. I had just closed my eyes when I heard the message tone again. “ Hi there, again! Care 2 b my txtmate? ” again, the message said. “ Who the hell could this be asking for a text mate at the wee hours of the night? ” I asked myself. Again, I deleted the message without bothering to reply.
